	Bright Eyes - Cassadaga ($10.63) [On their sixth and most straightforwardly clean album, Nebraska's Bright Eyes once again integrate a revolving cast of players to the mix, including Portland tunesmith M. Ward and alt-country queen Gillian Welch. But the band remains at the helm of forever-wunderkind Conor Oberst, and the fruitful songwriter has one-upped 2005's I'm Wide Awake, It's Morning with a proficient and accessible ensemble of expansive pop orchestrations and ornate folk songs that chronicle his traverses across the American panorama.]
	Cowboy Junkies - At the end of paths taken ($13.99) [Cowboy Junkies' gothic Americana takes a psychedelic hue on At the End of Paths Taken, replete with Beatlesque string sections and snarling, distorted guitar leads. It's an often epic album, exemplified by the opening track, 'Brand New World,' which starts off like a lament and ends with a triumph of surging strings. Atop it all sits singer Margo Timmins. She's the lover everyone wants, a voice that is at once world-weary and inviting, domineering and seductive. ]
	Greyboy Allstars - What happened to TV ($11.99) [What Happened to TV? is the album that hits the street this Tuesday from the reunited Greyboy Allstars, but the better question is, What Happened to The Greyboy Allstars? After dominating the jam-jazz scene of the 90s, the band parted ways in late 1999 to allow its members to take the creative steps necessary to stay musically fresh. A Must have for All Greyboy Allstar & Jam band fans.]
	Hellyeah - Hellyeah ($12.91) [MUDVAYNE MEETS PANTERA - Perfect blend to pay homage to Dimebag fans. Hardcore old metal rock. Fantastic Drumming pummelling you into a frenzy. ]
	Alison Krauss - A hundred miles of more ($12.91) [This is a collection of Alison Krauss performances that have never appeared on an Alison Krauss album, though it holds together better than such a grab-bag approach might suggest. Highlights such as her duet with Brad Paisley on 'Whiskey Lullaby' and her a cappella rendition of 'Down to the River to Pray' from O Brother, Where Art Thou? will be familiar to most Krauss fans, though it's doubtful that many share her infatuation with retro rocker John Waite (with whom she revives his 'Missing You' and duets on a cover of Don Williams's 'Lay Down Beside Me.'). Other projects represented range from Disney to the Chieftains to the Louvin Brothers (she duets with James Taylor on their 'How's the World Treating You.']
	Nine Inch Nails - Year Zero ($13.99) [This record began as an experiment with noise on a laptop in a bus on tour somewhere. That sound led to a daydream about the end of the world. That daydream stuck with me and over time revealed itself to be much more. I believe sometimes you have a choice in what inspiration you choose to follow and other times you really don't. This record is the latter. Once I tuned into it, everything fell into place... as if it were meant to be. With a framework established, the songs were very easy to write. Things started happening in my 'real' life that blurred the lines of what was fiction and what wasn't. The record turned out to be more than a just a record in scale, as you will see over time. ]
	Martin Sexton - Seeds (Dig) ($12.15) [it's a welcome dose of the man's music--a mix of broadly appealing jams, Van Morrison-esque drama and Sexton's earthy pipes, reminiscent of R&B greats like Otis Redding. 'Happy' opens it up with a cheery, gospel-tinged vibe, riding easygoing organs and guitars straight into the equally summery 'Thought I Knew Ya.' Later, an electrified vocal track plugs a charge into the hop-a-long tune 'Marry Me' while guest Nils Lofgren's juke joint guitar vibe livens up 'How Far I've Come.' Sexton can get a little corny with his lyrics ('Wild Angels' contains a few samples), but as a musician his overt earnestness is the secret to his success. It's not always subtle but the guy has an absolute knack for classic roots music.]
	Susan Werner - Gospel Truth ($12.99) [Susan Werner has become one of the defining artists of the folk music genre. Her songs effortlessly slide between folk, jazz and pop, and are delivered with a sassy wit and classic mid-western charm. Her new album 'The Gospel Truth' explores the role of the Church in contemporary American life. Quite possibly the first 'agnostic gospel' album, her new songs speak in a wide variety of voices, from faithful and traditional to the critical and even the unconvinced. ]
