We are putting together a collection of vinyl to sell here at CD World. If you are interested in selling your vinyl to us, bring them in for a price. If you collection is large you can give us call and make an appointment for a buyer to come out to your home to look them over. What do we pay for vinyl That is a tough question to answer. The actual value of vinyl greatly depends on what it is your selling, the availability and the condition it is in. Rarities will get you more money for example. We are interested in looking at all genres of records. The short answer is that for LPs we would likely pay anywhere from as little as a dime to up to $4.00 or $5.00 dollars depending on the above mentioned issues A typical collection of mixed titles usually averages from .75 cents to $1.50 each. We only buy LP’s that are in good playing condition. Our buyers can look at records and have a good idea how there are going to play. We cannot give quotes over the phone, we need to actually look at the records in person. We are also interested in 7" singles (45's)
